Michael Bechtel is a violinist based out of Grand Blanc, MI. A graduate of the University of Michigan with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Violin performance, Michael is a current member of the violin sections of the Lansing Symphony Orchestra and the Flint Symphony Orchestra and has previously performed in the Ann Arbor Symphony, the Dearborn Symphony, and the Michigan Philharmonic. He has also previously performed as principal second violin of both the 2013 New York String Orchestra Seminar as well as the University of Michigan’s Symphony Orchestra for several years during his studies there.
In addition to his endeavors on the violin, Michael has served as music director for several musical theatre productions with Light in the Dark Musical Theatre Company, where he also serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer. Michael graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in 2020, and is currently a practicing attorney in Grand Blanc.
