Yu Xin

Violinist Yu Xin is currently pursuing her DMA at Michigan State University under the guidance of Dimitri Berlinsky. She is the Associate Concertmaster of the Battle Creek Symphony Orchestra and regularly performs with the Lansing Symphony, Kalamazoo Symphony, Illinois Symphony, Flint Symphony, and Fort Wayne Philharmonic. As a dedicated chamber musician, she has received guidance from esteemed ensembles such as the Shanghai, Takać, and Armida String Quartets. In 2022, her Clover Trio won the gold prize at the World Classical Music Awards and placed third in the MTNA Chamber Music Competition.
